About the event
Discover how Pilates can work with dance training to boost children's strength, posture and focus!
In this CPD workshop, bbodance examiner and STOTT Pilates mat work instructor, Lucy Evans, will explore age-appropriate techniques, highlight the benefits of bringing Pilates into the dance class, with an emphasis on exercises for students looking to pursue vocational training.
The afternoon will be a practical session where teachers are welcome to bring along up to two of their own students to take part. Please bring your own mat with you.
This course is worth 6 hours of CPD.
