AcroMania: An Introduction to AcroDancer Webinar Recording

bbodance teacher and examiner, Nicola Hillen, guides you through the fundamentals of teaching AcroDancer, drawing on parts of the bbodance graded syllabi. This webinar is designed to demonstrate the skills to safely and effectively teach acro dance and will count for 2 hours of CPD.

With the assistance of student demonstrators with a range of abilities, we look at spotting techniques, progressions, body alignment and injury prevention strategies.
