Become a bbodance Registered Teacher to enter your students for exams, access online syllabi and teaching resources and receive discounted rates on CPD and events.

Our membership year runs from September 1st - August 31st. All members will be required to renew their membership after August 31st.

Eligibility and Application Requirements

bbodance Level 5 Dance Teaching Qualification, or equivalent (please email us if you aren't sure if your qualification is relevant)
-
Enhanced DBS Certificate (valid for 3 years from date of issue)

Safeguarding training (renewable every 3 years)
-
Certificated First Aid Training (renewable every 3 years)

Up-to-date CV (with Professional References)

Achievement of Grade 6 / Intermediate (or equivalent) in any genre

Compliance with bbodance and CDMT Professional Codes of Conduct
All Registered Teachers are required to complete 18 hours (3 days) of CPD annually.

NB: Enhanced DBS checks and Safeguarding Training can be arranged by bbodance for an additional fee.
