Dance Days

Dance Days is our annual dance event for teachers and students, held at Elmhurst Ballet School in Birmingham. Join the BBO team and a fabulous line up of industry professionals to dance, perform and have lots of fun!

Scholars

Our Scholars Scheme is open to BBO teachers’ most talented students. Audition to attend fortnightly classes in Classical Ballet or Jazz with some of the UK’s most respected teachers and a wonderful weekend of intensive training during the Easter break!

CPD

We are committed to supporting all dance teachers to develop their skills and enhance their knowledge. Our CPD courses are held throughout the year across the UK; a lot of our courses are also livestreamed or available to watch via recordings.

Masterclasses

Sign up to our masterclasses, taking place across the UK. These masterclasses are open to all dancers but BBO Members receive a discount.

Founded in 1930 by Edouard Espinosa and Eve Kelland, the British Ballet Organization began with a vision of inspiring excellence in dance education. Maintaining this ethos, we continue today as an organisation that offers multi-genre dance syllabi and training to teachers and students across the world. For over 25 years we have been regulated by the UK Government as an Awarding Organisation for our dance examinations and teaching qualifications.
